Summary
My research domain consists of : #Climate study # Precipitation analysis #Statistical modeling I have a strong academic background and experience in the field of Engineering. As a teacher and assistant professor, I have vast experience in both teaching and conducting research. During, my Ph.D. I have conducted research related to the potential determinants causing variability in precipitation through mathematical modeling and statistical techniques. In the present world where climate change is affecting Pakistan drastically in the form of the super floods of 2010, and, 2022 and the drought of 1999-2002. Pakistan is among the top ten countries vulnerable to climate change; my research will be a significant impact on the field of climatology and on our understanding of the complex relationship between precipitation variation and potential determinants causing such variation. The precipitation pattern of Pakistan is not only changing but it’s frequency is magnitude is intensifying. My research with more rigorous analysis will help predict such catastrophic and devastating events. It will help to save precious human lives, infrastructure, and the economy of the country. Pakistan being an agricultural country must monitor its precipitation pattern and its variation by doing extensive research and investing on future prediction through modeling as conducted in a few of my research papers. Because climate change is a global challenge that lies ahead of mankind and we must take it seriously.
