Summary

Associate Professor, Sajjad Haider is a senior academic and an experienced researcher. He has in total, 31 years of experience after obtaining his civil engineering degree with 21 years post PhD experience. After securing his PhD from the INSA, Lyon, France in 2001, he has been serving for the last 19.5 years at the National University of Sciences and Technology, (NUST), Pakistan. Before that he served in Water & Power Development Authority (WAPDA) as Junior Engineer from 1992-2003. In his academic career, he has taught courses related to Fluid Mechanics, Hydraulic Engineering, Sediment Transport, Computational Hydraulics, Pollutant Transport and Hydrology to undergraduate and postgraduate students. He has extensively supervised MS and PhD level research in the discipline of Water Resources Engineering and Management. He has authored and co-authored number of research articles including 20 papers in journals having Impact-factor.
