- Guests will be received at Islamabad International Airport by NUST representatives.
- Transfer to accommodations:
- Sir Syed Hostel (NUST Campus)
- Centre for International Peace and Stability (CIPS) (NUST Campus)
- Or Accommodation of their Choice
